How can I refund or exchange a Gift Shed product?


We want you to be happy, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you’re welcome to take the items into our retail store located on the first floor of Doha Festival City mall within 7 days of the date of purchase, where one of our Giftologists will be able to help you with an exchange, credit note or refund. Remember to bring along a valid receipt.

For online orders and deliveries, please note that the delivery charge will not be refunded and that that refunds made to credit cards and debit cards may take up to 2 – 4 weeks for the refund to clear in your bank account. There may a delivery charge for collection of returned goods from your home depending on location. Our Giftologists will be able to advise further.




What is Gift Shed’s Return Policy?


Refunds are permitted within 7 days and Exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase on full priced items with a receipt. Reduced items can be exchanged within 3 days with receipts. Refunds and Exchanges of defective items will be in accordance with ministry rules. All refunds will be made in the same mode of payment used in the original invoice.

What do I do if I do not have a receipt?


If you do not have the original receipt or proof of purchase, we will happily exchange or provide a gift voucher valued at its current retail price, as long as the purchase meets the above criteria. Product returns must be brought into the store.




What do I do if I have received a faulty product?


If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will happily meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.

Do you deliver in Qatar?


Yes we do!

  • Our current standard delivery times are between 1 – 3 days from order processing.
  • In compliance with Ministry guidelines during the current COVID-19 situation, our deliveries are scheduled Sunday – Thursday from 8:00am- 1:00pm. No deliveries currently take place on Friday or Saturday.
  • All product orders placed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be processed by Sunday morning.
  • To help support our community during this time, our delivery charge is QAR 10.
  • Home gift wrapping services are subject to an additional home service fee charge of QAR 150, and must be booked and scheduled in advance, subject to availability.
  • We currently delivery to the following locations: Doha and surrounding areas including Doha, Al Rayyan, Lusail, Al Khor, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen.
  • For all other locations, please contact our Giftologists to check when we can deliver before placing an online order and note that additional delivery charges may apply.




Do you ship internationally?


No, we do not currently ship internationally.




How long does it take to process an order?


  • During normal times, all product orders placed by 3:00pm will be processed for next day delivery.
  • ** Please note: In compliance with Ministry guidelines during the current COVID-19 situation, our current deliveries are scheduled Sunday – Thursday from 8:00am- 1:00pm. No deliveries currently take place on Friday or Saturday. Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivery scheduled between 1 – 3 days.
  • All product orders placed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be processed by Sunday morning.




How do I know when my order is ready?
