How can I refund or exchange a Gift Shed product?


We want you to be happy, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you’re welcome to take the items into our retail store located on the first floor of Doha Festival City mall within 7 days of the date of purchase, where one of our Giftologists will be able to help you with an exchange, credit note or refund. Remember to bring along a valid receipt.

For online orders and deliveries, please note that the delivery charge will not be refunded and that that refunds made to credit cards and debit cards may take up to 2 – 4 weeks for the refund to clear in your bank account. There may a delivery charge for collection of returned goods from your home depending on location. Our Giftologists will be able to advise further.




What is Gift Shed’s Return Policy?


Refunds are permitted within 7 days and Exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase on full priced items with a receipt. Reduced items can be exchanged within 3 days with receipts. Refunds and Exchanges of defective items will be in accordance with ministry rules. All refunds will be made in the same mode of payment used in the original invoice.

What do I do if I do not have a receipt?


If you do not have the original receipt or proof of purchase, we will happily exchange or provide a gift voucher valued at its current retail price, as long as the purchase meets the above criteria. Product returns must be brought into the store.




What do I do if I have received a faulty product?


If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will happily meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
